Jared Chappell is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the security industry. As the Chairman of the Board at SafeStreets, he brings a wealth of expertise in both the operational and strategic aspects of business management. Throughout his career, Jared has founded and successfully sold multiple companies, demonstrating his strong entrepreneurial acumen. His extensive experience includes serving as a CEO, where he was responsible for managing and growing businesses in highly competitive markets. Jared’s deep industry knowledge and proven leadership make him a pivotal figure in guiding SafeStreets toward continued success.
Burnett has over 25 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career in Core Commercial. He has steadily advanced in his field, specializing in delivering 5-star operational performance to support and drive growth. He serves as our Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. With over 23 years at SafeStreets, Burnett has a deep knowledge of the company’s operations, equipping him with the expertise to drive business objectives and performance. His guiding principle, “If you take care of the customer, the business will take care of itself,” has been the foundation for SafeStreets' industry-leading 5-star customer experience.
Josiah brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the team. Having started as a frontline salesman, he has steadily advanced to where he now serves as our Chief Revenue Officer. He is a firm believer in leading by example and making our clients’ needs the cornerstone of our mission. Josiah follows a straightforward yet powerful principle: always leave our customers, partners, and employees better off than when we found them. While he understands that we may not get it right every time, he is unwavering in his commitment to make it right every time.

As Area VP of National Accounts, he drove a winning national program replicated at ADT Commercial. His team achieved twelve years of success, exceeding revenue goals and earning the #1 Team title six times. Joe prioritizes accountability, clear direction, and team growth, attributing success to exceptional individuals.
Trista, SafeStreets USA's Senior Director of Customer Experience, brings over 20 years of industry expertise. Dedicated to enhancing satisfaction, she implements customer-centric strategies and fosters strong relationships. Trista shapes the customer journey, driving continuous improvement for increased loyalty and a Five-Star experience. Leading by example, she inspires teams to deliver exceptional service, embodying the motto "Be the Way, Not the Wall."
With 16+ years in security, fire, CCTV, and access control, Casey is a skilled leader and process designer. At Safestreets, he transformed inventory, supply chain, and loss prevention. Spearheading go-to-market strategies, he brings innovation. With experience in commercial, manufacturing, and government sectors, including clients like Georgia Pacific, NASA, and Boeing, he aims for excellence in customer experience and departmental improvement.
With over 20 years in the security industry, Chet has honed expertise in asset protection and ensuring safety. Starting at Homeland Protection, he ascended at Pinnacle Security, then led initiatives at Protection 1. Co-founding Evo Com, he's committed to top-tier solutions, using technology to safeguard assets. Chet remains dedicated to excellence, shaping a safer future.
